Welcome to Interop New York! We're glad to have your company as an exhibitor. It is our goal to make sure your company has the best experience at the show. To accomplish this, we have developed several tools to help drive booth traffic, all of which are FREE opportunities for your company to promote its presence at the event to customers and prospects. It's best to get your co-marketing plan put together and started as soon as possible.
Invite customers and prospects to visit your booth:
- Interop New York Banner Ads, Logos, Blog Badges, Signature buttons and 50-word Event Description - Post on your Web site, blog, on your events page or elsewhere to promote your presence at the event.
- Interop New York Free Expo Pass PDF - Post on your Web site or in an email blast to customers/prospects.

Email Blasts—Earn FREE Conference Passes and Banner Ads
By promoting a special discount on Interop New York educational content, your company has the opportunity to earn rewards: free conference passes or additional promotion on our Web site via a banner ad.
To qualify for the rewards, send a dedicated email blast to your internal lists OR include Interop New York event details, or special discount details, in your company's marketing communications. The rewards vary based on the number of email recipients.
To participate in this opportunity, your company is required to:
- Notify the Interop Marketing team that you would like to send out an email blast
- Send the Interop Marketing team a sample of the email for approval, at least 3 days before scheduled deployment
- Complete an NDA for the email suppression file
- Agree to provide a report verifying the quantity of emails that were successfully deployed

Free Expo Pass PDF—Great Value to Your Customers
Distribute free Expo Passes to clients and prospects. This is an excellent way to invite customers and prospects to visit your booth at Interop New York 2008. Distribute passes through all your sales channels, such as your customer base, prospects, sales offices and user groups to increase booth traffic.
